Rebecca Fischer-Bensoussan

"Financial education is inseparable from women's autonomy and emancipation. It is our duty to educate our daughters at an early age to dare to take financial risks, so that they can dream of being an entrepreneur, a trader or an investment fund manager, and that they are trained to create financial assets. Dare to invest, for a better world".

Rebecca, 37, is a graduate of Essec and has 15 years of experience in asset management.

Rebecca has worked at major banks such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, General Investment and finally Groupama Asset Management where she joined the management committee as Development Director.

Rebecca has been working on an entrepreneurial project since 2022 and is a member of the Femmes Business Angels (FBA) network as an investor. She is also a mentor of the International Women Forum (IWF) network.

Camille Zimmerman

The world of finance is still far removed from women. However, investing is not only about money. Investing is also a great way to learn, to understand, to have an impact and to get out of one's comfort zone. It is therefore urgent that women seize this investment activity for their own evolution and emancipation. "

Camille, 38, is a graduate of ESCP Europe and has 15 years of experience in finance - strategy, energy and asset management.

Camille started her career in strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman and then founded an intermediation company between private equity funds and SMEs in West Africa. She then discovered the world of energy by joining the strategy department of a Spanish utility Gas Natural Fenosa. This is where her growing interest in energy transition issues began.

Since 2018, she has been trying to combine skills and passion by working as an Investment Director and fund manager dedicated to the energy transition.

Privately, she also invests in start-ups and participates in supervisory boards.

Sara Mechbal

"The biggest risk with money is not to invest it."

With a Master's degree in Market Finance, Sara has made financial risk in banking her career for the past 16 years.

Her interest in investment and her sensitivity to women's issues have naturally led her to help women build their financial security through investment in the stock market and in real estate.

Sara created the #ElleInvest programme to enable them to realise their full potential as investors, by removing their own psychological barriers and acquiring the simple technical skills to make their money work for them independently and in line with their values.
